We will ship the merchandise within the "Delivery Lead Time" stated on each product page. All merchandise will be shipped from Hong Kong via EMS courier service. It takes about 2-5 working days to most of the countries and we will email the tracking no. after the package's shipped.
Important: Please provide correct shipping address and contact phone no. Any refused or non-deliverable merchandise will also incur a 50% restocking fee.
* A "separate order" means any order not include wedding dress, bridesmaid dress or flower girl dress.
This is an international shipment. The shipping and handling cost include the actual shipping fee and costs of all packing materials.
Shipping and handling cost will vary for different countries. Please check which "Region" below your location belongs to for the actual shipping and handling cost.

- If your country is not listed here, buyer needs to email us prior to bidding or buying so that we can check to see if we ship to that country or not.
We only accept payments through Paypal.
We will work on the order after the full payment's received.
"Delivery Lead Time" is counted after the payment, size / measurements and colour are confirmed.
Please read carefully as the return policy is strictly enforced on refunds.
We will accept returns on new non-altered wedding dresses. Refund will only be issued for dresses in original shipped condition, unworn, unaltered, and with all packaging.
No refund will be issued for custom size dresses (dresses made not according to our standard sizes) or special ordered dresses that are not offered at our store.
All returns must be within 3 calendar days of when the shipment was dropped off from the carrier. You must notify us by email that you would like to return the dress and you must have a return authorization number from us before you return the dress. All returned dresses will have a 50% restocking fee applied from the full purchase price of the dress. In addition you will be responsible for any shipping fees, transaction fees and insurance fees. You have to ship the returned merchandise within 2 days after you have obtained a return authorization from us. All returns dresses must be received within 8 days of receipt of the authorization number.
All merchandise must be returned in perfect brand new condition. Merchandise that is not returned in the condition it was sent will not be returnable and you will be obligated to the full purchase price. All returned packages must have a return authorization number stated outside the returned box.
We do NOT accept returns on any merchandise besides wedding dresses.
We closely inspect every piece of merchandise that leaves the factory. All merchandise that leaves here is brand new. If you feel your merchandise is damaged you must let us know within 2 days after your carrier has dropped of the package. If our staff finds that the merchandise is defective or damaged then we will get another new merchandise out to you as quickly as possible. If we find that the merchandise is not defective in any way or has been misused, then the merchandise will be shipped back to you. We will be responsible for shipping charges only on damaged merchandise. We will not be responsible for shipping or insurance charges on merchandise that is found not damaged or misused.
All orders cancelled after 3 days of the initial purchase will lose 50% of the Merchandise purchase price. We do NOT accept cancellations on any merchandise other than wedding dresses. All other charges are non-refundable including Shipping, Insurance, and any transaction fees.

When I realized that Amy Michelson had gone out of business, I thought I would never have a chance to wear the 'Lace Up' dress that I had been dreaming about! The dress you sent me was a gorgeous replica! It looks nearly identical to the rack version that I found a few months back - and at an 8th of the price. It fits to the exact measurements that were predicted, and the seamstress work is flawless. I expected the dress to take ~3 months and was happily surprised to see it much sooner.

Just want to let you know that the dress arrived on Thursday morning and I'm really happy with it. Both the dress and veil are beautiful. They will need some alteration to get it to fit really neatly but no more than any dress. My Mum was very sceptical as it seemed "too good too be true" but she is delighted with it all. Thanks to you I have more money in my budget for little luxury details for the rest of the wedding as I would have paid at least a £1000 more for that here (and I couldn't find anything like it anyway!).
